The proposed clinic will be located at 410 Main Street, Aumsville, OR 97325, across from the current site, and will consist of an approximately 7,500-square-foot building with 10 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 6 clinical support spaces.
Aurora Civic Center - ($1,500,000) - 21420 Main Street, Aurora, Oregon 97002
The funding would be used for construction of the Aurora Community and Civic Center, which will house City Hall, a modern library, emergency coordination space, and community meeting areas. Specifically, funds will support building construction, ADA-compliant public service areas, energy-efficient building systems, and public meeting and program space. The project will replace several aging municipal structures with a single resilient facility that supports emergency coordination, public services, and economic development activities that benefit local businesses and workers.
The funding will be used to expand and modernize an existing fire station. The project will construct additional apparatus bays to store fire engines and ambulances indoors in a climate-controlled environment rather than outdoors. The project will also create permanent interior crew quarters to replace temporary sleeping trailers used by on-duty personnel.
The funding will be used to replace filtration cartridges and rehabilitate ultraviolet (UV) units. The funds will also sponsor smoke and camera studies to identify infiltration and identified leaks will be repaired or the pipes will be replaced.
The funding would be used for Salem – along with the 30 surrounding agencies they serve – for design development and a feasibility study for a protected, seismic facility designed to co-locate the Emergency Communications Center to provide a single coordination and operations point for dispatch, incident command, and emergency management.

The funding would be used to help complete early environmental and pre-design work for the I-5 Boone Bridge. The proposed work will help refine project scope and cost uncertainty by funding pre-NEPA environmental and engineering investigation and analysis. This effort is built on the Planning and Environment Linkages (PEL) work that was completed in 2025. The proposed scope of work includes environmental documentation, mid-river geotechnical investigations, hydraulic analysis and bridge concept development.
